Why take a tour with Footprints?

Footprints Tours represents a new approach to walking tours. The idea started because we don't like seeing tourists exploited: we think it's crazy to ask you to pay for a tour before you have experienced it. Instead, we believe in the power of the customer. So when you take one of our walking tours, they are FREE: we do not charge a single penny. If you have a good time, we would encourage a tip, but its completely voluntary! This means we are constantly working to give you the best tour possible.

This wonderful city has been around for over 1000 years and we think it deserves at least two hours of your time. We run for a full two hours and pack in all the information you could possibly want.

We enjoy walking, but not too far. Cambridge is a pedestrian city, so to see some of the best sights, you really need to walk around it. As this old city centre is a compact area we can encompass all its great sights on one of our tours. We believe that we have the perfect mix of time and walking; enough time to explain the great history of this city, any less and we would have to miss out bits, and with just enough walking to show you the beautiful city, any less and you would miss parts. We also take questions and give pretty good answers!
